s. Beth has been at AMS since 1994. She has received dual training from the American Montessori Society and Montessori World Educational Institute and has been a primary class teacher for 20 years. Ms. Beth is regularly invited to speak at American Montessori Society conferences. Her lessons on classroom normalization and teaching grace and courtesy to three to six year old children are currently being used by American Montessori Society training centers.


s. Robin is a native of New Mexico. She has 20 years of teaching experience. She began with a correspondence course from St. Nicholas Montessori and received her NCME Montessori certification in 1977. She also received a Bachelors of University Studies with an emphasis in Art Education and Fine Arts. She worked with Arts in the School for five years. Ms. Robin has been with Academy Montessori since 1995.


s. Joslynn is a native New Mexican and started working at Academy Montessori at the age of 16, while she was attending Manzano High School. She continued to work for AMS except for a two year absence from 1998-1999.

Ms. Joslynn has her Montessori training from MECR, an AMS training center in Boulder Co. She is a member of AMS & NCME.




Christy Larson has been working at Academy Montessori since 2000 and has been the lead teacher in the toddler classroom since 1989. She reieved her Montessori training from NCME in Los Alamos NM in 1987 and went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from the University of NM in 1994 where she was a member of the Golden Key honor society.  Christy has three wonderful children of her own all of whom attended Academy Montessori through their kindergarten year. She enjoys the spontanaity and joy of working with her little students and has created a warm and enviting environment for toddlers.
